Sterilization Principle
The principle of ethylene oxide sterilization is based on the highly specific alkylation reaction between ethylene oxide and microorganisms. This reaction inhibits the normal processes of the microbial reaction set, causing disruptions in their metabolism and leading to their death.
Scope of Application
Plastic products, books, chemical fiber products, wooden products, ceramic products, hysteroscope, laparoscope, laryngoscope, probes, rigid endoscope, flexible endoscope, ophthalmic lenses, fiber optic cables, intracranial pressure sensors, cryotherapy probes, prostate resectoscope, esophageal dilator, electrocautery devices, defibrillation electrodes, laser heads, metals.

Product Features:
- [Microcomputer Control] Simple and convenient operation with digital display of working status (including temperature, humidity, negative pressure, sterilization time, residual gas treatment time/number).
- [Record Printing] Records and prints the entire sterilization process for verification, cross-checking, and archiving purposes.
- [Built-in Humidity Sensor] Uses a mature humidity sensor to automatically detect the humidity inside the sterilization chamber.
- [Automatic Program Recovery Function] Regardless of power failure or microcomputer program disorder, it can identify the fault point and automatically resume the program upon power restoration, allowing the equipment to continue operating.
- [Multiple Safety Features] Equipped with overpressure and overheating protection for enhanced safety and reliability. The air inlet is fitted with a sterile filter that effectively filters out pathogens and microorganisms, preventing secondary contamination during residual gas expulsion.
Consumables
Ethylene oxide indicator labels, medical sealing machine, ethylene oxide biological indicators, ethylene oxide indicator cards, ethylene oxide sterilization pouches.
