Equipment used to produce purified water for medical needs. The entire system is also made of stainless steel and must be equipped with a sterilization device before the point of use. Using reverse osmosis, EDI and other processes, a complete set of high-purity water treatment processes is designed to meet the requirements of purified water production in pharmaceutical factories and hospitals.
1. Traditional crafts:Raw water → raw water tank→ raw water booster pump→ quartz sand filter→ activated carbon filter→ softener→ security filter→ primary high pressure pump→ primary reverse osmosis→ PH adjustment device→ intermediate water tank→ secondary high pressure pump→ secondary reverse osmosis→ ultraviolet sterilizer→ precision filter→ purified water tank→ pure water pump→ ultraviolet sterilizer→ microporous filter→ pasteurization → water point
2. Recommend new processes:Raw water → raw water tank→ raw water booster pump→ quartz sand filter→ activated carbon filter→ softener→ security filter→ high-pressure pump→ first-stage reverse osmosis machine→ intermediate water tank→ intermediate water pump→ precision filter→EDI electrodesalination system→ ultraviolet sterilizer→ precision filter→ purification water tank→ pure water pump→ ultraviolet sterilizer→ microporous filter→ pasteurization → water point
Merit:1) Compared with the traditional process of secondary RO, the first-level RO+EDI effluent quality is better, which can meet the 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia purified water, United States FDA purified water standard, and EU purified water standard. 2) The removal of Cl- and NO3- is more thorough, and the resistivity is higher.3) The system has low maintenance cost, stable effluent, and saves raw water resources.
Scope of application:
1. Classification and water quality indicators of pharmaceutical water:
2. Sterile and non-pyrogen-free purified water in pharmaceutical and medical industries (Chinese Pharmacopoeia Purified Water 2010 Edition, United States FDA Purified Water Standard, EU Purified Water Standard).
3.Medical infusion, pharmaceutical preparations, biological preparations and other production water, genetic engineering, kidney dialysis and other water.
the pharmaceutical purification production standard:Pharmaceutical water (process water: water used in the production of pharmaceutical products, including drinking water, purified water, water for injection) classification
1) Potable-Water: Usually tap water or deep well water supplied by water companies, also known as raw water, its quality must meet the national standard GB5749-85 "Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water". According to the 2010 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, drinking water cannot be directly used as preparation or test water for preparations.
2) Purified water: It is the pharmaceutical water prepared by distillation, ion exchange, reverse osmosis or other suitable methods, without any additives. Purified water can be used as a solvent or test water for the preparation of ordinary pharmaceutical preparations, and shall not be used for the preparation of injections. Purified water prepared by distillation with a specially designed still is generally called distilled water.
3) Water for Injection: It is water prepared by membrane filtration after membrane filtration by distillation of purified water as raw water, distillation in a specially designed still, condensation and cooling. Water for injection can be used as a solvent for the preparation of injections.
4) Sterile Water for Injection: The water prepared for injection according to the injection production process. Sterilization water for injection is used as a solvent for sterilizing powders or as a diluent for injection.
